How do I become a provider with Resilient Minds?

We are always looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals who are passionate about strengthening families and advocating for children across Indiana.

There are several ways to apply:

Our HR team carefully reviews every application and will contact qualified candidates regarding the next steps in the hiring process.

Applicants must provide proof of one of the following:

High School Diploma

or

High School Equivalency (GED)

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for many community-based positions and may be required depending on the specific role or DCS service standard.

Additional requirements may include:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Automobile Insurance
  • Background Check
  • Drug Screen (when applicable)
  • Ability to meet Indiana DCS service standards

Before providers receive referrals, they must successfully complete our onboarding process, which includes:

Required Training

  • Employment Orientation
  • DCS 101 Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Required onboarding documents
  • Company policies and procedures
  • Documentation training
  • Compliance training
  • Safety training
  • HIPAA & Confidentiality
  • Service-specific training

Shadowing Requirement

Providers must complete:

A minimum of two (2) hours of shadowing with an experienced Resilient Minds provider before receiving independent referrals.

Our goal is to ensure every provider feels prepared, supported, and confident before working with families.

Documentation is one of the most important responsibilities of every provider.

Providers are expected to:

Complete documentation during or immediately following service delivery whenever possible.

Submit all service notes within 24 hours of each client contact.

Timely documentation ensures:

  • Accurate client records
  • Quality services
  • Compliance with DCS standards
  • Timely billing
  • Effective communication with Family Case Managers

Monthly Reports are due on the:

Third Monday of every month

Monthly reports summarize:

  • Progress toward treatment goals
  • Client strengths
  • Barriers and challenges
  • Family participation
  • Recommendations
  • Next steps

These reports provide Family Case Managers with a comprehensive overview of services provided throughout the month.

Resilient Minds processes payroll twice each month.

Pay Schedule

Services provided from the 1st–15th
➡ Paid on the last day of the month

Services provided from the 16th through the last day of the month
➡ Paid on the 15th of the following month

Our goal is to process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring all required documentation has been submitted.
